Me Elharrar acquired her Civil Law degree at the University of Ottawa and she also holds a Common Law Degree (J.D.) from the University of Montreal. In addition, she is a graduate of Concordia university where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Political Science. During her studies at the University of Ottawa, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Association Canada where she conducted research on the legality of senate reform.
Me Elharrar articled in a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation where she acquired extensive knowledge and experience in trial preparation, corporate law and securities law in Ontario and the U.S. In addition, she also had the opportunity to plead at the Quebec Superior Court. Called to the Bar in 2016, her areas of practice are focused on civil litigation, securities law and corporate law.
Prior to being an articling student, Mr. Rebibo acquired his civil law degree at University of Montreal, where he also worked at the legal aid clining, followed by his obtaining his Common Law Degree (J.D.). He was called to the Barreau in 2015. Mr. Rebibo began his articling on the international scene prior to joining the firm where he developed an expertise in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts between companies based in Europe and Asia.
